How Do We Start?
- Needs analysis We review your current processes, the software you use and your priorities together. By the end of this conversation it is clear which modules you actually need.
- Demo and proposal We demonstrate the Xpoda platform with an example close to your own workflow, then prepare a proposal covering only the modules you need.
- Setup and data migration Your existing data — accounts, stock and customer records — is migrated into the system in the appropriate format and checked for accuracy.
- Training We train the team who will use the system according to their roles, so that everyone knows what to do on go-live day.
- Ongoing support After go-live we stay with you through technical support and updates; new modules can be added as your needs change.
Integration With Your Existing System
You do not need to replace the accounting or ERP software you already use. We position Xpoda on top of your existing system and build the data flow between them; your financial records stay where they are while you manage field, warehouse and sales processes on Xpoda.
- Mikro Yazılım Two-way data flow between your account, stock and invoice records and your field, warehouse and sales applications. Orders entered by the sales team reach accounting, and account balances become visible in the field.
- Logo Yazılımları A data bridge with the Logo product family (Tiger, GO and similar). Warehouse, production and field processes run on Xpoda while financial records continue to be kept in Logo.
- SAP Connection with S/4HANA and ECC over BAPI, RFC, OData or IDoc. Your master data and costs stay current in SAP while operations run with the flexibility of Xpoda.
- Canias ERP The TROIA infrastructure and Xpoda’s low-code architecture complement each other. The integration is built two-way over Canias web services (SOAP/REST) or secure database views.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide on-site support in Istanbul?
We work on site where needed during setup, training and go-live. Technical support afterwards is handled over remote connection and by phone, which in most cases is faster.
How long does setup take?
The duration depends on the number of modules selected and the volume of data to be migrated. After the needs analysis we give you a clear schedule and track progress together throughout the setup.
Do we have to replace our existing accounting/ERP software?
No. We build integrations with widely used systems including Mikro, Logo, SAP and Canias; Xpoda sits on top of your existing software and we handle the data flow between them.
Do you also set up e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Ledger processes?
Yes. Through the Xpoda platform we set up and activate your e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill and e-Ledger processes in compliance with regulations.
