2. Personal data processed

Depending on how you contact us, the following data may be processed:

• Identity and contact data: name, company, job title, e-mail address, telephone number.
• Customer transaction data: requests and complaints, quotation and contract details, support history.
• Recruitment data: education, experience and reference information contained in your CV (only if you apply to us).

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, for compliance with the controller's legal obligations, for legitimate interests, and — where required — on the basis of your explicit consent. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your approval.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with the [hosting / e-mail / accounting service providers] we work with, to the extent required to deliver the service, and with legally authorised public authorities upon request within the framework of legislation.
